2-bedroom, 2-full bath cottage on Pentwater Lake just walking and biking distance to the village of Pentwater. Sit on the deck and relax and take in the beauty of Pentwater lake. Home has cable TV, Wi-Fi, internet, central air-conditioning, gas grill, washer/dryer, deck chairs, cooking utensils. There is a fire pit on the lower level for nighttime gatherings.
Small dogs under 20 pounds may be allowed. Master bedroom has a queen and an on-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. Bedroom #2 has a full bed and twin bunk bed. Central bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is parking for 2 cars. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM The weekly rate is $1,590.00, which includes rent, clean, and 6% Michigan use tax. To book, we need half of the rent down and a signed contract. 30 days before check we need the balance and a separate check for a $500.00 refundable damage deposit.
