Welcome to Dune Paradise cottage. Relax on the lakeside deck and enjoy the wonderful view of the Silver Lake Sand Dunes on Silver Lake. This cozy three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage consists of one queen, one full, and two twin size beds. There is a foldout couch for overload as well. There is a mooring ball out front for your boat.
Have a blast with all the water sports and the downtown entertainment such as go-carts, zip-line, etc. You can rent just about any kind of boat of watercraft. The amenities include washer/dryer, the master bathroom has a shower and the main bathroom has a tub. Enjoy the fire pit for nighttime stories.
There is a gas grill, microwave, crock-pot, coffee maker, and all cooking utensils provided. There is a DVD player, internet, and Wi-Fi. There is plenty of parking for ATVs or boat trailers.
The weekly rent is $1,802.00 which includes cleaning and 6% Michigan use tax. To hold your reservation, we require half down ($848) and a signed rental contract that you can download from our website.
Thirty (30) days before check-in, the remaining balance of rent and a $500 refundable damage deposit is required. Sorry, no pets! Please read the property information sheet linked below for more items furnished with cottage.
