This well maintained bungalow offers a 10 x 30 foot covered front porch overlooking the beach walk and State Park. The Channel (back) side of the Cottage offers a large 16 x 20 foot deck for sunning, grilling or gathering to enjoy the incredible view.
This beach rental has ample windows for one to feel Lake Michigan breezes on warm summer evenings or shelter from the evening cool. The cozy interior offers a main floor master bedroom and main floor bathroom with shower. Additional loft sleeping for 4 overlooking the living area includes 2 full and 2 twin beds.
Driftwood Cottage is a beach dwellers paradise and also a short walk to Pentwater Village for restaurants, ice cream and shopping. It has been under the same family’s care for 50 years.
Occupancy is limited to 6 people, no exceptions.
Property rents Saturday to Saturday, seven night minimum, weekly fee of $2,597.00 and a $500.00 refundable damage deposit. There is a reduced fee of $2,156.00 for the late August and September weeks. A 50% deposit and completed Contract is due to secure the week with the remaining 50% balance and damage deposit due 30 days before check in.
