Escape to Dunes Paradise, a charming, sun-filled lakeside cottage with breathtaking views of the Sand Dunes. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is the ideal getaway for relaxation and adventure, offering a peaceful waterfront setting with all the comforts of home.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides both a full and twin bed. For extra guests, there’s a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The second full bathroom includes a tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Enjoy the sandy-bottom lake with endless water activities-secure your own boat using the mooring ball or aluminum dock, or take advantage of the two provided kayaks. This lakeside haven is perfect for swimming, boating, or simply soaking up the sun.

The cottage is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, a gas grill (refills on an honor system), and a fully stocked kitchen featuring a microwave, crock-pot, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. Stay entertained with a Sma1i TV, internet, Wi-Fi, and both indoor and outdoor games. After a day of fun, gather around the lakeside fire pit as you share stories under the stars.

Located just minutes from downtown, you’ll find fun activities such as go-carts, roller coasters, arcade games, miniature golf, and ice cream. Boat rentals are available at The Wave Club to enjoy a day at the beach and go exploring walking over the dunes. No trip is complete without a visit to The Chicken Shack!

For those that come for the main attraction of the San Dunes there’s ample parking for ATVs and boat trailers, with additional parking available at the back of the property on Edgewood by the garage. Renters are responsible for bringing linens, towels, and paper products.

The weekly rate for Dunes Paradise $2,517.50, which includes cleaning fees and Michigan use tax. A 50% deposit and signed rental contract are required to secure your booking, with check-in at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and check-out by 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. The remaining balance and a refundable $500 damage deposit are due 30 days before check-in.
