This year-round newer home, built in 2003, is complete with all the amenities: a two-story with three bedrooms, laundry and full bath w/tub (upstairs), living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry and full bath w/shower downstairs. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third has twin beds. All bedrooms are upstairs.
Located in a prime location, the home is one block West of Pentwater’s main street, three blocks East of the Charles Mears Park sandy beach on Lake Michigan, a block from the Pentwater channel walkway and a block from the Village Park; you’re close enough to hear the local community ban concerts every Thursday evening.
Sit and relax on the full-length porch for morning coffee, people watching and evening wine.
Amenities include a 32-inch Smart TV and DVD player, WIFI, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room, central heat and air conditioning. Kitchen amenities include microwave, gas stove/oven, disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, full assortment of pans, dishes and glasses. There is a back deck off from the dining room and a propane gas BBQ unit is located in the back yard near the deck.
Maximum 6 people over age 3 plus 2 children under age 3. Must supply infant/toddler needs (play pens, high chairs, etc.)
The weekly rate from May 15th to September 15th is $1,908.00 which includes rent, cleaning and a 6 % Michigan use tax. The off-season rate is $1,378.00. To hold your reservation one-half down is required with the balance due 30 days before check-in. In addition, a $500.00 refundable damage deposit is required.
